Nestled close to downtown, my group enjoyed the stylish decor and hip atmosphere. The friendly bar staff recommended a local tapas joint, Txikiteo, which was a delightful culinary discovery! Breakfast could improve, but the coffee was a highlight. Pro tip, try the food & drink offerings in the bar!

Just an appropriate option for a budget stay in Boise at a reasonable price. The beds were super comfortable, which was a nice surprise. Parking can be a bit sparse, so plan accordingly.

I loved staying in my spacious room with an awesome shower and enjoyed a simple yet delightful breakfast every morning. The pool area is super relaxing, and the fire pits outside add a cozy vibe to unwind after a long day. The only downside was a bit of noise from the neighboring units, but it didn’t ruin my experience! 😊

i always enjoy my stay at modern. this time, i was in a spacious room in the adjacent building and it was so quiet! the simple breakfast downstairs is wonderful. plus, they have an amazing complimentary breakfast. it's a safe and quiet spot, perfect for a good night's sleep after exploring the downtown area.

The atmosphere was clean & the walk-in shower was beautiful & really good. The complimentary breakfast was really good with all kinds of needs met, from vegan to gluten-free, and the vegetarian frittata was delicious.
